The Growth of California's Wildfires Between October 21-23, 2007: This series of images shows the growth of the Southern California wildfires between October 21 and October 23, 2007. The first two images depict the area immediately around Los Angeles on October 21. The next image in the series shows a wider view of the affected region, between Los Angeles and San Diego, on October 22. The last two images show this wider view of the area on October 23, 2007 at 2:25 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. EST respectively.
