Reliance Number Portability Request Rejection Scam

"Reliance Communications Limited" is running a scam wherein by default Number Portability Requests are rejected by default!! (google search: "reliance rejecting porting" , etc)

A few days ago, I put in a request to shift over to Vodafone. Examine the video where I receive the Porting Request Code number RD475123.

After a few days, Vodafone informs me that my request has been rejected.

The reason for rejection? The current operator rejected the request because the porting code does not match! It does not match WHAT? The EXACT same code ... RD475123 !!!
