my spine hurts when doing step 3. how to overcome this?

@Carzazxc It's very easy to get your spine injured when trying this move, I suggest doing some spine stretches like cobra pose, Bridge stretch etc. before trying this and if your spine still hurts then stop doing this for few weeks and then try again :)

It can also be done without the support of your hands. Try using your shoulder and the back of your head at the same time to push you up but it'll hurt your neck afterward.

@gbbreakdancin That is called no handed kip up and its a bit difficult than handed kip up, But many people find no handed kip up easier.
