Biblioclip was a video contest aimed at promoting the Montreal Library System.
Participants from all over the world were invited to create a video between 30 seconds and one minute, 30 seconds in length using the themes of "libraries" and "Montréal" in an original way.
The awards ceremony and showing of the videos took place on April 22, 2008 at the Société des arts technologiques (SAT) with special guest Catherine Sévigny, associate advisor of culture for the city.
My video follows the story of a student whose computer breaks down, forcing him to venture out into the world to find another place to finish his report...With mixed results!
Though I didn't win the contest, producing this video was a fun experience and an opportunity to improve my editing skills.
