WEEK 1 INSTRUCTIONS:
All exercises are done in supersets.
Perform movement 1 then move to movement to then rest for 30 seconds.
Repeat for a total of 3 sets before moving to the next exercises
Perform cardio immediately after your weight training for 15-20 minutes alternating 30 seconds sprints and 30 seconds off
