  • seems like there are several cuts in your movie. at the beginning the seconds run faster than in the end ! -.-

  • You are both idiots. I took this video with a cheap point-and-shoot digicam, I held the watch in view so you can see the clock skips with the video. There is nothing fake about this.

    Nice try though, idiots.

  • I accidentaly deleted someone's comment by clicking remove instead of reply. That person noted that if I had messed with the vid, the time on the watch would reflect that. They are correct, that is why I held the watch in view. This is not tampered with and is a 1.8 GHz Turion 64 bit dual-core processor.

  • It's not a cold boot, this is called a reboot. Cold boots take longer. :D

  • um, no. You are incorrect. Cold boot or reboot, it takes the same amount of time.

  • If you do a coldboot the fans etc have to start. it is a little different with hardware checks etc. maybe the difference is a few miliseconds, do a cold boot with precission timing :P

  • I started the timer from the beginning of POST. From that point, cold boot or not, it would take the same amount of time.

  • I advise to not use Norton for your computer protection, you will find on most computers it will slow them down. The start up time takes longer. AVG is lighter and will NOT slow down your computer, I think it's better than Norton :)

  • He waited for the HP screen to come up first because that's the start of a regular boot up. The comment you just made only proved that you are an Apple fanboy.

    Go be stupid somewhere else.

  • Hey brother. How much hard drive place take Windows Vista ultimate?

  • For a Dual-CPU and 2gb RAM very good 25sec!

  • Yes, too true tek, within the first 25seconds some seconds suddenly speed up, it also running about an extra 10 seconds faster than if it were in real time.

    Nice try though.

  • weird. soon as mine turns on the windows thing comeups for like 3seconds and then username and password crap.

  • Precisely.

  • i agree..when i reformatted my computer (2gh Dual core) it went from an 8second boot (only xp on it) to a 50 second boot when i added norton...pretty gay if you ask me
