Shock Collar...I'm an idiot.

*okay I've gotten some comments about the cruelty of a shock collar on a dog and I just wanted to say that it only took my dog 1 time to realize the fence hurt and he never got close enough again. That one pain is a lot better then him running out of the yard and getting hit by a car or something. there's two sides to ever story, there's mine.*
