Pokémon Battle Revolution- 9/7/08 Wi-Fi Battle 1

Mr.L huh; sounds like one of the main characters of the anime Death Note, but I might be wrong. Well, I will gladly accept a challenge from the world's best detective.(Sorry, Sherlock Holmes)

EDIT: Yes, I am wrong, I have gotten many comments telling me that Mr. L is Luigi's alter ego...

This battle was tough it could have gone either way IMO. I know there will responses to why I chose Thunderbolt on Drapion instead of Ice Beam on Flygon, its because I expected a switch after no response BAM! My Chimecho as you can see by its moveset is for Support, it is holding Light Clay to lengthen the effects of its barriers. Unfortunately for me, this Drapion had Brick Break. I found it hilarious when he used Double Protect and I just used Rest and Rock Polish.

I like to collect shinies, mostly ones I like, legendaries, and ones I find strange. As for Chimecho, I don't know probably because it is Christmasy.


I used Regice (Shiny), Chimecho (Shiny), Steelix, and Mismagius.

My opponent used Flygon, Drapion, Lucario, and Roserade.

@liamx102 You copy them over from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum or HeartGold/SoulSilver using the DS to connect to the Wii. Giratina-O, the Rotom Formes, and Shaymin-S do not work on Pokemon Battle Revolution.

One Question. Why didn't you just use ice beam on that Flygon in the beginning.

@samoa768 Many people have asked the same question. I responded to a previous comment asking said question like this:

This video was old so i have two possible explanations.

1) I was trying to lure him into false security by not showing him Ice Beam, so he think I wouldn't have it.

2) The guy playing at the time was a n00bie. :D

Actually in retrospect these reasons are basically the same thing.

@InsaneFridge I was referring to the type of people that use 6 darkrais on lower tiers, the tiers that do not use legendaries. That was the point that I was trying to get across.

I don't understand why your all hating on roguetrooperftw, using legendaries requires no skill whats so ever. Ok maybe you can incorporate some strategies into legendaries but the main point is their over all stats, its frikken insane and thats why they are legendaries. Real skill comes from using standard pokemon and using them to pull off some sweet strategies. With legendaries you could just use brute force and still win, thats why roguetrooperftw said they are for noobs.
