Both of these people are supposed to be helping me with some issues with my phone. They promised to investigate and call me back. No dice.. I've tried calling them, but only get voice mail with another empty promise of a return call within 24 hours. It has been weeks since my first attempt. Total garbage.

They used to be tops. Not anymore. Their new computer system that takes calls and is supposed to identify you sucks. It does not work. It has never worked. I have to give my serial number at least three times before getting to speak with a technician, and promised return calls never happen. Total joke.

maybe this would've been funny if it was true. apple has one of the best customer service, and the genius' at the genius bar are very helpful and get straight to the point, the employees are also great and they don't sell you anything that you don't need. this is a crap attempt at trying to be funny.

lmao my friend bought there leopard program pre release with his mac that was suppose to be made for it then stiffed him on it saying he never ordered it with the mac wanting him to give them an extra $200 I think it was around that lol yup there like that #1 customer support my ass na not at all just for a preview every body else just gets jewed
