O.K.... Whitney needs to prove nothing. She is happy and healthy and a legend. She has inspired generations including MARIAH!
Whitney's album got to number 1. Mariah's got to number 3. Facts. Mariah may have a bigger range but Whitney puts more emotion in and is not auto-tuned!
Mariah is good. But Whitney has the biggest selling album and single buy a female artist (IWALY and The Bodyguard)
And in my opinion Mariah's whistle register sounds awfull. Whitney will always be Queen

what are you talking about she does need to prove something to her fans after terrozing her body with crack cocaine and this album is not proving shit. she never reached the top, because Mariah destroyed her and still is. MC new album is amazing as usual and her ovtave range is beyond what WH can comprehend. First of all people W is not the best. Clearly Mariah has beat her in every catergory..MC millinium,decade,world music,bambi 5 grammy's, best selling female vocalistof all time. MC wrote 17 of her 18 #1 WH doesn't write her own music/produce/ collaberate like MC. MC has a whistle register WH does not, MC writers/produces own music WH does not, MC has a ovtave range above 5 WH does not. You people are ridiculous. WH new album is horrible. WH was never better than MC and never will be.

How can you say that? I know your comment is a year old but The Preacher's Wife is the highest selling Gospel album ever. My Love Is Your Love went 4x Platinum and the GH were 3x Platinum. How can you call those unsuccessful?
