My 13 year old sister getting her belly pierced and me getting my Snake Eyes (tongue) piercing

Directions:
Take the 6 train to "Astor Place"
Walk one block east and look for "St Marks Place"
Most shops yuh'll see are piercing/tattoo parlors
The piercings are 25 bucks and can be done with out parents permission (which is what I did)
But I'm not sure about tattoos
