1. open a new file and set width to 1024 and height to 800 and make your background transparent(optional)
2. Click your Text tool and Write the word 'Club' and choose your color and font of the text
3. Double click layer or go to blending options
4. in Blending options go to Stroke and choose your color and set the size to 7
5. go to outer layer and change Screen to Normal and opacity to 100% and Noise to 2
6. Chang Spread to 100 and size to11
7. Click Ok and Repeat steps for Next Text.
