This video is a comparison how the original artists sang their songs and how Siti did her own rendition. She always managed to make the songs somehow unique if not better. All the original artists have their own ways of singing their OWN songs. One thing for sure is that in all the songs, she managed to add the "Siti Nurhaliza"-ness essence. I REPEAT, it is her OWN WAY. Enjoy!!

As usual: ANY DISRESPECTFUL, SCORNFUL or LUDICROUS CHAIN LETTER COMMENTS WILL BE REMOVED.

Thanks: azharkent (for the support!!), tigadara3, teaoya, queer, azman78, diella and sitinoor for their videos !! XD

  • stop comparing siti to other singers, what benefit can u get from doing it. let's just leave the other singer the way they are and stop comparing siti to them because comparing her (siti) is like saying "shit! she is better than the others", which she is not!!!

  • @hattorikate unlike some singers, she made the song into her version, i know quite a few singers out there who sang exactly like the original, so where's the originality? No need to spread the hate here. Peace. ^_^

  • @snowvine

Whats wrong with singing exactly like the original? If the singer likes how its being sung by the original, it is only appriopriate to sing it that way.. Its just showing a respect to the original singer. You don't have to make the song your own because it is NOT your song in the first place.

  • @earthkeeper1 Yes, it is NOT their song, but each artist has to find their own identity, if not, they end up sounding like a karaoke singer.

  • @snowvine

True, but every singer has their own identity in which is already reflected through their own songs. So I don't see a reason why they can't sound like the original if they like how its being sung.

  • @earthkeeper1 Agree. But the same identity has to be reflected in the songs they covered too cause artist should be known with their own voice and not by being copycats. In the music industry. identity is very important, you don't want to be recognized as a copycat. Look how Mariah Carey covered I Want To Know How Love Is or how Whitney Houston covered Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You.

  • she sings good, but Originals are originals, I think nobody's better than original artists no matter how different you sing it. It is the best if the singer will be recognized for her own songs.

  • yes originals will always be the best, but you can't deny that she did good or for me, great covers of all those songs =]

  • Siti Nurhaliza is the best! Theres no other singers like her. Stop arguing.

  • This is what I love about CT. She never tries to sing all those songs the same way the original singers do and interprets them with her own unique style. Sememangnya seorang artis yang mempunyai identiti tersendiri. I just wish she never sang I Surrender though. That song is just too big/dark for her. :)

  • may i know da font charcter name :)

DCT is da best singer we ever have in malaysia n asia :-)
