An intresting Clip i Found. ull be a dumbass if u miss the odd Wrecking ball (which has ten times better animation then the final versions) and the LONG spring. enjoy.

  • I think you will find that this is Special FX which has been applied. Early Sonic BETAS had RING instead of RINGS written in the HUD.

  • In the beta, the centre of the sunflowers were pink. Not beta.

  • @travelsonic Believe me I know what I'm talking about. I've been reading on the Sonic hacking/dev community for years.

    If such a thing were ever programmed in, there'd be leftovers within the game. These guys checked all genesis games inside out.

    There had been plenty of changes during development (Spring Yard was called Sparkling Zone, Marble Zone had UFOs in the skyline, the display said "RING" instead of "RINGS", Sonic was a brighter blue, etc.) and none of this ever showed up.

  • @travelsonic game made in an office(most likely with a computer). office have higher abilities than genesis. cartridge unable to handle higher graphic of the balls frame by frame movement. it only doesnt make sense IF YOUR TOO STUPID TO WORK IT OUT. they also had to remove levels and other things due to the cartridges basicess.even knuckles who was supposed to make his debut in 2 and then pushed to 3 because cart couldnt handle it so lock on(dlc of its time)added processer to do it
