Chaps, the ONLY enemies in this game are British. Think about it. Both the Redcoats and the Continental soldiers are British.

In a third person game it's second only to Just Cause 2;-) It's even bigger than Brotherhood's Rome, two times the size I think, and that was already huge. Although I think that in gaming in general the biggest map is in Minecraft, but only because the map doesn't have borders, you can continue to create as you please. So regarding maps with boundaries, I think Just Cause 2 take the crown, it's over 1000 square kilometers which is crazy

eh, people complained about the game being anti-British and now the colonists have enemy AI so there just as ready to kill you even if your being chased by the British or the British is just as ready to kill you if your being chased by colonist rebels. I have nothing against the argument of the anti esq British thing but it sucks how you were supposed to have the colonists and allies and they treat you like crap because they hurried and slapped together an AI and rushed it out the door.

Haytham actually did refer to it as a civil war, and I guess it does make sense.

Depends on your mind set. Some Brits today still call Americans (Or "British" if you're privvy to that) the "colonials". XD But you raise a good argument. I don't see black slaves, or French, or Dutch, or Spanish people joining the revolutionaries fight!

Elder Scrolls: Arena. I believe that game had borders, but was a randomly generated map, and was about 6 million square kilometers in size. Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall. I believe this game also had borders, but I don't think this one was randomly generated (I think they built the whole thing from scratch) and was about 68 000 square kilometers. Everyone ignores the classics. :/
