Well, the way I see it, if you don't like the justice system, do something about it. Go to school, get state certified, get hired by an law enforcement agency, Put on a gun, and risk your life to protect idots like this one. Or become a lawyer, or simply move out of Polk County, all together.

Polk County is out of control. We have deputies protecting drug dealers, we have drug dealers that have bought out parts of the system. We have step children making decisions for the state attorney on who gets prosecuted and who does not. They selectively choose who they protect and who they "choose not to protect" in Polk County. One said, "If you don't believe in God we can't be sure anything you say is true."

I am a former police officer in the US Army I was also Mc Gruff the crime dog. BUT I made the mistake of moving to Polk Co. I spent 13 months in the south co. jail fighting a case. Watching and listening to what people where going through. It is amazing what people are being arrested for. Maybe 1 day someone will have enough balls to call mr Judd out and have him break down on paper the crimes we are holding people in jail for. It may amaze the tax payers of where there tax dollars are going

I lived in Polk county (Lk Wales & Dundee) for almost 10 years and I agree...Polk County is corrupt. Its turned into a crime infested hell hole, and the law enforcers have also turned into corrupt people.

I am the guy that would give my life to protect yours, I am the guy that goes down to the bad part of town to catch rapist, muderers, and drug dealers, theaves, and the guy that is breaking into your home, I am the guy that has risked his life to defend this great country of ours, both in the army and in law enforcement. I don't have a masters degree, however what I have is desire to serve and protect others, and put criminals where they belong.
