This is a guy I know, Lee Gong-- his car makes over 200 horsepower! He was able to walk away from the crash, just a couple of bruises from what I hear... he's got a lot of safety equipment in that car-- AND, he drives the car on the street, too! It was just featured in a new book called "Demon Bugs" written by Stephan Szantai... if you like seeing really clean, really fast VWs, it's the book for you! Thank God I live in southern CA, where we have a huge VW scene! (I drive a '68 Bug every day!)
