  • IDK but at times she reminds me of Nicole Parker...:D gotta love SJB!

  • Me to I love how she makes everything her own and adds such a beautiful touch to every performance

  • She absolutely OWNs this song. Her voice, her expression, the wistfulness and sadness just tug at heart-strings. One of the absolute best Elphaba.

  • Love love love love LOVE her singing this song. :) Great interpretation, great voice. Is it just me, or does she practice 'toss toss' in the middle?

  • She is the original and only Elphaba. She did the previews, before Idina got the part and these songs were written for her. There needs to be the epic Wicked recording with SJB, Annaleigh, David Burnham, Miriam Margoyles and Lenny Wolpe and the rest of the best people to perform in Wicked. Love you Stephanie!

  • i really wish i had the skill to sing that as well as she does. damn.

  • I have to say that:

    a) she looks adorable with that wig down :P

    b) Her and Idina are probably my 2 fav. Elphabas.

  • I think next to Idina she is second best:)

  • I absolutely love her, as well as her interpretation of this song.

  • I like her rendition of this song. Unlike most Elphabas, Stephanie said before that this is her favorite song to sing because she can relate to it so much. Beautiful.

  • @Amezie14 UMMM... Hello Stephanie Block was the original...she did the original workshop and two years of the work to create the role before it was in the end given to Idina!!!

  • she looks ready to cry on that last note...:( poor elphie

  • Exquisite. I am curious about her upcoming performance in Anything Goes. She's an immense talent but would not be my first choice for Reno Sweeney.
