if i was obama i wouldnt "give" to banks or automotive industry...
to fix the economy i would sign law to
1.make all gov. vehicles electric...police ,ambulance,firefighter military...
2.commision 20 nuclear powerplants across the south ,5000 windmills in the north border states,and wave generators on bothe coast
3.commision all the navy ships recycled and repaced by an all nucklear fleet
4. build 800 f-22
5. put an end to the wars that drain our resources.....

Ya'll just wait till next year when 2000 banks fail and FDIC insurance goes away. FDIC is $88 Billion in the red and to bail out all these banks will require $700-$800 Billion. The Usurper is just toying with Americans. There won't be any jobs created. It is all BS, keeping Americans on a string of false hope. Quietly and calmly prepare.
