@mmais4me normally 30 sec are ideal if you are doing supersets and want to burn more callories, so i would guess that he rests for that long between sets

he's not looking on compete, that's what he says. I don't know if he trains natural or not.
your missing the point.. 225 is alot and I dont even think you can do that.. and you say your doing 325 on a 10 pound bar? thats pretty stupid.. your going to kill yourself if it breaks or if it tilts over.. if you want to bench properly then you need to find the right equipment which is a "standard" 45 pound Olympic bar.

its 2 plates.. 2 plates isn't 180.. you obviously dont bench press otherwise you would know that 2 plates is 225 with the weight of the bar and I dam well know for you sure that you probably cant even bench 1 plate which is 135.
