@ketoypre simple, they aren't consistent with uploading videos, unless your talking about popular in general not just here on youtube. If your talking about here on youtube though its because of the lack of consistency, becuase the quality of the music and video (despite the fact that it's not HD) is there, it's just the lack of consistency.
