  • why can't you clasp your hands for the standard plank?

  • @theshingles100 - It's just a pet peeve we have. Ideally the base of support should be minimal to ensure maximum trunk stability. There's nothing technically wrong with clasping the hands. Do it if you really want to.

  • Awesome !!!

  • i'm def trying this one out. thanks

  • Twice a week would be plenty. Allow two days of active recovery in between.

  • How often would you say to do these?

  • Absolutely! I recommend shortening the duration of each plank to start and gradually increasing it over time. Or you can practice each plank individually and link them together as you get stronger. Good luck, and thanks for trying it out!

  • Looking good Ken. If I do break form, is that something that I will be able to overcome as I build up strength over time? Is one rep a day a good place to start?

  • Great job Ken!
