Tremor

A cerebellar intention tremor (1st scene in this movie) arises mainly from limb girdle muscles and is maximal at the most demanding phase of the active movement. This must be distinguished from a postural tremor (fine distal 8-13 Hz)(2nd scene) or resting tremor (coarse distal 5-6 Hz pill-rolling type of tremor)(3rd scene).

i got tremors, i dont know exactly if it is a sickness, when my hands are at rest, its not moving.,but when im holding something, its a bit shaky. is this something to do with washing my hands after a long-day-used hands? please help me.

I have tremors too, mainly noticeable in my hands, right hand in particular. Can anyone tell me what type of tremor this is? Doctors say it is nothing to worry about. Check out my username for vids.

@enodmeedgraffa parkinsonian tremors occur at rest. his tremors occur while carrying out either postural or purposeful movements. these are considered intention tremors and result from lesions or diseases of the cerebellum
