There is no real recording. The joke goes back to at least 1939. The only USS Montana was a WWI convoy escort decommissioned in 1921.

The effect of this video is completely based on the element of surprise. The poster has spoiled it by mentioning the surprise in the title!

the (English Subs) in the title is actually referring to the use subtitles mate. It has nothing to do with the clip itself; although I can understand why it would be an issue.
