what size rope is that and how long? Great work out. Your a beast.

my rope is 1.5 inch x 50 feet, manila. If you are doing these indoor, i would opt for the unmanila, or synthetic, rope as it will not fray and make the mess that this rope makes, but it will cost a little more. A lot of people use 2 inch thick rope, but the price for me wasn't worth it, its a lot more expensive, and the 1.5 inch will give you a thorough butt whoopin, trust me

Have you ever tried using chains for this? I use chains often for change of pace, I'm just wonder how well it will work and if the same effect is acheived?

haven't used chains, i'm sure it would give you a battle, different, but still hard work
