The only way to get the suite (to my knowledge) is to blow up the town

It's just a motorcycle helmet, you can find'em pretty easily throughout the game. I probably got that one off some random raider.

@zombieSN4L that reminds me of the time i killed all the people on the first floor and i put the corpses in the room near the right stairway and thats where the weapons, the armor, and the (well you guessed it) the bodys, now that i call good times :D

@DarkPrime120 You can pickpocket Tenpenny's suite key and other keys, but I don't think you can get the key to the suite.
