When the bullets near your character they turn greenish. When this happens let go of the fire-analog. You will see a matrix type shape surround Tempest.

Yup, that last section before the video ends is the optimal place to acquire the achievement.

Hi there, maybe this is a lil' too late to ask, but icant seem to get the achivements. Im pretty sure ive deflected dozens of bullets.

It's alot easier to do it on level 4. the two tanks on rails.
