This is my Pride and joy.My S&W Model 22 chambered in 45acp.This gun is a reproduction of the Model 22 used in WW1.
The Revolver itself is blued while the trigger and hammer have been case hardened.

  • flipping the cylinder open and closed like that will eventually twist the crane, dry-firing on the other hand will cause no harm.

  • @chaseisahappyman Thanks, but like I've told all the other people who told me this.I had no tripod at the time of this vid, so i was working with only one hand.I never flip the cylinder like that, but I was doing this vid one handed.

Again Thanks for the tip though.

  • Hey man, would love to see you shooting this great piece:) --

  • @stevevandien I've been meaning to post shooting vids for so long,,and this revolver shoots so nice too.Very accurate.

  • Does it use full moon clips

  • Don't forget Indiana Jones used one of them....in some scenes any way

  • @JohnWayneColt45 nice gun i got one that my gradfather stole from a german in ww2 i guess the german got it from a u.s army guy in ww1

  • so do u need moon clips to shoot it? cuz ACP so how does that work?

  • the most i can say about this is, you'll never take me alive coppers

  • what are those sights called? when they dont have the

    "bunny ears' in the back,

  • if you were just using .45 acp without moonclips, when you wanted to extract them would you be able to pull them out with your fingers or would you need to use a pencil, rod, etc?

    thank you

  • The first thing I did when I turned 21 was buy this type of handgun!

  • some tips it shoot .45 Auto Rim too. it's just a rimmed 45 ACP.

  • Revolvers are probably the easiest gun to clean and use

  • @xCOREBiNx Yes, they still sell them. I would ask at your local gun store to see if they can order you one. And no, there is no safety. Then again you don't need on. Your finger and the long deliberate trigger pull is the safety.
