Music is a tool to move people spiritually. You can use a shovel to help a widow in her garden, dig holes for a friend who is putting in a fence and shovel up dog poo; you can take the same shovel and use it for whapping a surley neighbor over the head, but it doesn't make the shovel sinful. What you do with it will either be for good or for evil.

@eph112joephil I'm sorry you feel this way, but name a genre of music that is purely spiritual, with no taint of sin or deviltry. You cannot point to a single form of music that is completely innocent. King David played a guitar type instrument, and the Jews beat on drums. Was their music based on voodoo too? You cannot be serious in your critique.
