  • Great video Stan, but can a police officer tell a citizen to raise the right hand and make a promise?

  • @crazzzynut Sure he can ....would you prefer that or a ticket?

  • "The car next to me, called me?" What the fuck? Do you have your number on the side of your car???

  • If that was a guy at the end of the video, he wouldn't have given him a warning, he would give him a ticket. I hate cops that single out the ladies, they treat men like second class citizens.

  • @jblucio3177 Right. I always wear my seat belt. I'm still trying to comprehend the idea of "not wearing a seat belt is cool". That is so stupid to me.

  • It's funny that the seat belt law has been in effect for a long time and still people don't put them on. That task should be ingrained into our very lives.

  • On Canada's Worst Driver there's a guy who was handicapped in a car crash because of a distracted driver. He was almost killed and because of it he can't drive well because he's nervous and everything.

  • No Mo Po Po

  • Sacramento - A bill to raise the fine for using your cell phone while driving is close to becoming law.

The bill just needs Governor Jerry Brown's signature.

The total fine will vary based on local fees in your area.

For your first violation, you can expect the fine to go from about $208 to $328. Right now, a second offense will cost you about $328.

Under the new law you would pay $528.

The governor is expected to sign the bill into law.

  • Just about everywhere you go. Its not hard to ignore you phone when you drive geez.

  • I would be all for using a cell phone. But. Almost every time I see some driving AFU their on their cell. Going 50 in the fast lane. Can't signal, etc. So I can see the logic. Good to see BPD doing something besides killing people. No Mo Po PO!!!

  • Cop asks guy what he was doing at the stop light, guy says "the car next to me called me....."....what a dick.
