@stronghrp nice lift!!! , i currently have maxed 440. im 5'10 285 pounds. but i have like 20 or 30% bodyfat lol i love to eat. id be around 230 i think if i lost my extra weight, im only 19 tho be 20 soon tho in july.

that was 2 yrs ago. 5'9", 216lbs, 10%bf. Now I'm pressing 465lb, 224lbs, 8%bf

wow, thats insane, especially at 10% BODY fat, so like what do u eat? is your diet very clean? What training do you do? hypertrophy, endurance or power?

@stronghrp I'm trying to get my bench up to 405 as well. What are you favorite exercises to build a raw bench. Floor press, board press. I want your someone who knows what their doing to give me some input...if you wouldn't mind of course. cheers

@SUFFOCATIONFAN no need to get 'fancy'.. Bench heavy for low reps. Bench/Incline and ancillary muscle groups is all you need.. and a lot of food. I have never done a floor press, board press, or bands. Concentration and pushing yourself will get you farther. :D
