  • true taekwondo. too bad i learned the bad kind. WTF. or olympic sport you could say.

  • @lovenarutoshow W.T.F. is not a style. It is an organization that governs the competition aspect of Kukkiwon Taekwondo. It is but one small part of the "Taekwondo" whole.

  • @TaekwondoCentral I completely agree. but now most of people only learn kicking for competitions.

  • i like this channle.. because it shows teqniques for fighting

  • Is that whole "rolling hard objects and hitting hard objects on the shin" safe? I understand it kills off the nerve endings of the shin in order to calicfy the bone structure and make it tougher, but I've heard that it's generally not good for you as you get older.

  • meeh I wish they would DRASTICALLY change the olympic tkd sparring rules....It's glorified foot tag in its present state.

  • @lovenarutoshow u probably went 2 a horrible school cuz i do wtf and i learnt all of these techniques and more

  • This is cool and I wish Taekwondo would be emphasized in this way more. I wish they had different tournament style too, not just Olympic, but also more like muay thai style rules for Taekwondo fighters or knockdown Karate for Taekwondo as well would be cool.
