What precisely don't you understand? Icke's "voice" promising help from so-called "Truth Vibrations" is a sham - and it hasn't occured to Icke himself. He SAYS there are non-human entities informing the Elire. It hasn't occured to him that the "voice" was from one of THEM telling him just enough postivie truth to keep him fired up and followers of him the same, when in fact NO "help" is ever coming and nothing is going to get better - its getting progressively worse. Icke heard a voice - it told him things that then happened and promised some sort of vibrations would do something. The Chinese would torture prisoners then have someone stand under the prisoner's cell window at night and promise that help was coming and urge the prisoner not to die or give up. This was done BY THE TORTURERS so that the prisoner would last longer. Ever think that it was a Reptilian behind the voice I heard? "Help's coming! Don't give up! Spread the word!" for the same purpose.
