This is pure talent. This kid's voice isn't enhanced, and I'm pretty sure its still a diamond in the rough (meaning, he doesn't get all the "training" the so-called talented youth in the Philippines get). Just a little practice and right (keyword: RIGHT) guidance, and he'll go far =)
