One fact extremist groups like the BNP, NF, EDL, SIOE and Islam4UK will probably never tell you is that during the Second World War 2.5 million troops from India, Pakistan and the rest of the Indian sub-continent volunteered to fight for the British, forming the largest volunteer Army ever in world history. The Indian army consisted of Sikhs, Hindus, Parsis and approximately one-third Muslims.

Appearing alongside Victor Meldrew actor Richard Wilson on the Mrs Merton Show, Bernard Manning appears in this video, expressing the view that "no Pakis" fought at Dunkirk and Monte Cassino - lying through his teeth to misrepresent British history. Indian troops fought at Dunkirk, and (under the command of Field Marshal Archibald Wavell) delivered the first British land victories of WW2, defeating Mussolini's Fascists in Libya, Egypt, Eritrea and Ethiopia, and securing British access to crucial oil supplies in Lebanon and Iraq.

Indian troops fought in British campaigns in Africa, including Operations Battleaxe, Compass and Crusader, and both Battles of El Alamein. Indian troops fought for the British in Burma, Hong Kong, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Lebanon, Malaya, Singapore and Syria, and at the Battles of Imphal, Kohima and Monte Cassino, and prevented Japanese Fascists from linking-up with their German and Italian counterparts in Iran.

The BNP, EDL and SIOE etc pretend they're the "only" groups that oppose Muslim extremism, despite virtually EVERYBODY in the UK opposing Muslim extremism! Given BNP publicity director Mark Collett's famous admiration for Hitler, this self-deception is all the more ironic for the BNP because Anjem Choudry's extremist group Al-Mahajiroun was founded by followers of Muslim radicals who'd collaborated with Hitler, and because BNP chairman Nick Griffin supported extremists like Louis Farrakhan's group The Nation of Islam, while Asian groups like the Indian Workers Association, Southall Black Sisters and Women Against Fundamentalism were actively opposing extremist Islam.
