Yea i refuse to engage in a serios descusion whit a guy who uses video games references among his arguments . You dont know nothing about me so dont call me a "nerd" or anything for that matter becouse thats just shows how ignorant in the ways of dialectics.Trying to engage not the thing i say but my personality (which you dont know nothing about btw).As for the feature of tank warfare its a topic to wide and complex to discus here. I think the feature is in lighter AFV and APC - my opinion.

@BGSlopy the tank will not be disappearing from the battlefield for many years to come. there will alwyas be a need for heavy mobile firepower. contrary to all you black ops game nerds you cant just call in an airstrike as you please and aircraft may be deadly but there will always be a new sam missile ready to blow it into a hunk of flaming slag

@Herbymac0811 Its was planed for a global semi or full nuclear showdown between NATO and The Warsaw treaty pact the same as the M1A tanks .Did that war ever happen ?! - No the only thing that tank is good for now is export you keep the people in the factory and design bureau whit jobs. Do you think the M1A2 is wining the war in Afganistan and Iraq- no most of iraqu AFV were destroyed by artilery , gunships and aviation.The cities are tanken by infantry - the tank as a weapon is a dying breed.

@BGSlopy The T90 was never built for export, nore was the M1A2 or the Lepard or the Challenger. Once other coutries saw them and then saw what they could do and take, other nations offerd to buy them in limited numbers do to cost of western millitary machines. Tank may not be built for urban fighting but they do give you a heavy advantage in fire power. The same thing wins wars now that has always won them. Infantry ! The T72 in any configuration is an ageing platform, it's just getting to old.
