i have a samsung 2233bw 20,000:1 dynamic contrast / 1000:1 true contrast

@9sec2valve : nvm...ii didnt get that tv...:( instead got a sony bravia 32" 720p LCD but still happy...ii was gunna go for a Dynex 37" 1080p they're both the same price...$499 @ bestbuy but they didnt have one in stock and plus wasnt to sure about the name brand ii never heard of...

Iam not a big tv guru si i really dont know?

I know 720 is clear and looks graet for me.

I dont have any full 1080 stations except pldhd its a music channel as its comes in 1080i and its alot clearer than 720p.

other than that the only way to get 1080i

would be on blue ray dvds.

if you want 1080p its a couple hundred more. it will still get 1080i though.
