CCHR is not owned by the Church of Scientology. It's a Commission to handle the abuses in the field of Mental health co-founded by the Church and Dr. Thomas Szasz, Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry, in 1969. That's irrelevant anyway since it's completely secular. This attempt to "label" CCHR as Scientology is a direct propaganda campaign by Big Pharma. Look up Gwen Stevenson, ex Pharma rep. Saying it's ScientoloGY is like saying that you should ignore the Red Cross founded by Catholic Church
