Quite the opposite of "destroyed"; this car was left sitting in a field since 1961 and was on its way to the junkyard when it was saved and resurrected as a great art/parade car. All of the changes (with the exception of the decklid) are easily reversed if someone wanted to restore it to its original state. Great care was taken not to "destroy" it. Now people can continue to enjoy it rather than let it rot away or be crushed like so many others.
edsel were and are artpieces !
Idiot artist ruins perfect piece of art !
