bongarijit, i think most Bengalis watching this ad know that this jingle is from a famous song sung by Kishore Kumar in a movie starring Sharmila Tagore. The idea of the jingle with the same tune is to make some fun out of the situation. It's a light hearted fun and the point was not to copy as everyone would know where it is from. This aint any copy right violation. it's more like a parody. enjoy.
