To view properly: use anaglyph glasses (red/blue or red/green) and view with red filter over left eye.

Anaglyph stereo of a 120-cell in smooth rigid rotation in four dimensions. The 120-cell is the 4D analog of the dodecahedron. The apparent distortion is an artifact of the projection from a higher dimension. This is similar to the shadow of a ordinary 3D object changing shape when the object is rotated, even though the object itself might be perfectly rigid.

for interactive live animation of the 120-cell in anaglyph stereo, download and install KnotPlot from http://knotplot.com/download
To view this video properly, use red/blue 3D anaglyph glasses, red filter over left eye, blue filter over right.

  • @Nate813plus1

you might be correct about the muzik, i have been wanting to replace it. mostly because of the ads that it brings with it.

i do have another video of this at HD resolution without music, you might want to check that out.

  • Brilliant!! i was watching and noticed that this is in "real-D"! i got out the old red and cyan glasses and saw something truly incredible! that was really special. all those people saying "now my brain hurts" should watch it with some 3D glasses... they'll well and truly snap a cog!! (i know because it just happened to me!)

  • And then I was bacon
