9998 What???? you can't clock 9998 , say it right, maybe write a script and read it so you sound better.
Sprint hotSpot and WiFi teteher are not the same program. And anyone with any custom rom can run WiFi tether ,,,, CAUSE IT MEANS THEY HAVE ROOT!
