From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this talk Nithyananda explains that by our very nature we are unclutched and we constantly renounce our thoughts. If you are gripped by thoughts of fear replace the thoughts by having a glass of water. The moment you think of having a glass of water, you have already renounced the thoughts of fear. It is only your strong faith that the fear will come back, that brings the thoughts of fear back and makes your life hell. Your life is nothing but a sum total of your thoughts. This clip is taken from the discourse titled "Be-Unclutched" which may be ordered at www.AnandaGalleria.com

  • From my experience, i must confess that i had the same fears for years, and it becomes strange when this fears go out, it was like, i need to feel that fear to be myself. So you only need to want to change who you are, what you do, in a better way.

  • Very good and simple

  • unless you are having two identical thoughts, hahahaha

  • u can go blind from that

  • One thought at a time.

Ya, because nobody can tell their heart to beat, their diaphragm to expand in order to breath, filter their blood, digest their food, release hormones to stabilize bodily functions, maintain a constant body temperature, interpret vision and walk all at the same time. That's just silly.

  • `she might be tinking of you

  • how do u explain dreams about ur ex girlfriend wats that ?

  • why r u jealous ? he wears it as someone gave me him out of love.He is not attached to it.

why r u getting karma by getting jealous ?

  • From Clip: You can only have one thought at a time. Every time a new thought arrives you have renounced your previous thought.
