(finally last one) other than 'I don't like it' so I had to force my self to pay attention and listen to it while typing this whole thing up. Also, I don't know if the guy requested the song, or if she picked it because she knew they both loved it or something like that, but i don't understand why she would sing about missing a lost loved one to a couple who are about to get married.

Personally, I don't really like country music, which is part of the reason I find this cover boring, the music hits my ears and my brain goes 'oh, country' and I end up tuning the song out, which means that since i don't actually listen to the song, it leaves no impression and sounds boring. Admittedly after the first time, this left no impression on me

The last thing I don't like about this cover is the fact that the original Melancholy Hill, with its nice beat, catchiness, and synthesized music sounds like a pop song.

For example: the beginning of the original is meant to sound as if theres a small pause (sounds like a quarter, maybe an eight rest) between the first and second line, and at the end of the third, there isn't supposed to be a pause between 'with' and 'me'.
