Kim Kardashian dines with Kris Jenner in Santa Monica,Talks Fan Out of Plastic Surgery

After returning from vacation in Mexico with new boyfriend Miles Austin of the Dallas Cowboys the gorgeous Kim Kardashian is seen without him as she ventured outside her regular Hollywood dining circuit to meet her Mom Kris Jenner at an elite Italian Restaurant "Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi" in Santa Monica, Ca. July 23, 2010. The Keeping up with the Kardashians reality TV star greeted fans as she left the restaurant stopping to have her photo taken. When asked about her ex-boyfriend, Reggie Bush, Kim said "I have no enemies" she was very graceful to her fans and seemed to be having a great time!

While inside the restaurant Kim Kardashian told her plastic surgery-bound fan via twitter, 'Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself.' Just be yourself!
That's the message Kim Kardashian has for a fan who Tweeted that she planned to have plastic surgery to look like the reality star.

The fan's sad tweet read: "I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her."

Kardashian's response to the woman who wanted to pull a Heidi Montag and endure multiple cosmetic surgeries?

"NO," she wrote to the fan on Saturday, urging the woman not to go under the knife for a man.

The 29-year-old reality star added, "Pls dont. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside &out! Just as u are."

Though Kardashian isn't in support of her fan's drastic decision, she also doesn't object to a little nip-and-tuck.

"I'm totally not against plastic surgery," Kardashian told ABC News' Cynthia McFadden in May, adding that she has only tried Botox.

Not that she's completely satisfied with what she sees in the mirror -- Kardashian has called her nose her "biggest insecurity."

"I always want to get my nose done," she told McFadden. "I went to the doctor. I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't ... I wouldn't look the same."

Kardashian wants her fan to stay true to herself, too.

She concluded her message to the woman, Tweeting, "Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are." Edited by Peter Switzer

She wasnt dry or full of herself at all. She didn't have to stop and taking pictures with her fans but she did. And when they asked for a picture she said "Yeah for sure". Doesnt sound too stuck up to me.
