The challenge of this video was to keep the larva immobile for a long period (I mean for seconds, of course). The larva kept typically moving form place to place and away from the microscope light beam. My own pulse and the vibration of the lab bench give the vibration you could notice in the movie. Plus there was too much water in the sample. The larva was in drops of pond water on a depression slide.
