What I do when dealing with court clerks

I dont just walk away if they say " you cant file that here" or "we cant file that" I tell them what I am going to do and am willing to do if my rights are violated. Put your feet down and stop letting court clerks act as judge, jury, and executioner by denying you access to the court.

tactikalguy, here in Alberta the supervisor at the court's clerks desk is a Justice of the Peace (JP), claiming she had jurisdiction to deny my requests, and once informed of my intentions, claimed they did not give out their names and called security on me, who told me it 'was not relevant' for me to have that information. Do you actually walk down to city hall to file a complaint against a nameless entity? Who do you name on the claim for damages?

I think it depends on what state you are in . All traffic tickets in Iowa are in the county courts by the magistrate. All other courts are district state courts

hello. I have some questions for you. First off my Califorina DL is gonna exspire at the end of 2011 . I do not want to renew it and do not want to regsiter my car. What do I do. what do i need to do to have I.D. and or need ceritified and notarized.

If they overstep their boundaries you can also get court clerks disciplined under "Unauthorized Practice of Law". In some states it's public and permanent. In other states it's a crime.

try that in solano county courts, where if you don't show up to take care of a ticket on or before the date thats on the bottom of the ticket that u signed, they will send your case to collection and will refuse to file any documents or give you a walk in appearance with the judge or to have an arraigment. i have tried being polite, telling them they are in clear violation of my constitucional rights, asking for a supervisor and nothing worked. bunch of colrrupt motherfuckers!!!!

Please Please Please, Explain how A Minimum Wage Job SAY They can Require a "Drivers License", "Social Security Card", ((AND)) A Frig-gen ((Vaulted Birth Certificate))

This NOW has Become COMMON for going to Get a Current State Drivers License in when one has moved to a different State, I.E. Florida to Alabama!!!

Florida and California are now refereed to as a LOCK Up State!!

@Tactikalguy1 yeah but you lost your motion right????????? That is my proof. Look the ticket system is a joke and wants to rob your money I do agree with you. A couple of things you did wrong but I am sure you learned. NEXT time File a Notice & Demand for a court room reporter for your motions. Never try to motion for a dismissal because you will not win. Also buy a fight your speeding ticket book it will help you. I am an civil rights attorney at law.
