Gran Turismo 3: weird 'car spinning' glitch

this is a few second video of a weird glitch i found on special stage route 5 (rainy) on heavy, with the viper concept
(you have to unlock it by beating the medium level)

my cam fucked up again, but i think you can see how it starts to spin like weird. i dont know what caused this glitch, because i tried to do that again a few hours later, but it didnt want to spin :(

uninteresting note: cuz of the rain the other cars drive off the best line sometimes (drive like drunken) so one of them crashed into a wall, right where the pit stop ends, and stucked there for an eternity.
