The 354th CA BDE served in Iraq along with the 402nd, 403rd, and 414th CA BNs. You probally never saw this on television.

  • Nice video. The original 354th dissolved upon return from its mission in 2003-2004. If you notice most of these guys are actually Navy.

  • The Navy and the Air Force both stepped in and enhanced the CA program in theater OIF to the next level. It was an Army platform driven by three branches of service with utmost proficiency. Ask any CA soldier that deployed during this rotation.

  • i was just sworn in yesterday as a 38B civil affairs specialist and my unit is located out of Riverside, California. im so excited, anyone have experience in this MOS who can tell me more about it?

  • Is there a CA type unit in the Marines? Is there one that helps in the rebuilding that CA units do?
