Microsoft windows picture and fax viewer is a great way to show friends you pictures or simply rotate them to make them easier to print. You can control many basic things of a photo from this software included in the microsoft windows xp operating system.

1. Double Click on your file to open it in the software, make sure its a picture.

2. Press each icon according to what you want to do.

What icons do:

The arrow keys - these are used to navigate between pictures in the same file as the one you have opened

The slide show button - this will open the picture in full screen, great for showing friends and family your pictures. it will automatically show any other pictures you have in that folder.

Zoom buttons - These are used to zoom in an out, they are magnifying glasses the + to zoom in and the - to zoom out.

Rotate buttons - the pictures of a triangle and arrow are used to rotate the pictures clockwise and counter-clockwise this can reduce your photo quality.

Delete - the picture of the red cross moves the file to the recycle bin
